Simple, upfront pricing and the little details that keep your celebration running smoothly. Every display is custom, so we quote each one, but here's what to expect.

Most displays rent for

$80–$150

We can create something within your budget, and every display is quoted at the time of inquiry or order.

Most popular: $100–$125

✦ What your price includes

  • Delivery, setup, and pickup

  • A one-phrase theme panel (Happy Birthday, Welcome Home, Congratulations, etc.)

  • Name and numbers, if applicable

  • Flairs of balloons in your color choice

  • Your selected theme package

Extra messages or double themes are available and quoted separately.

Your rental lasts approximately 36 hours. We deliver and set up the day before your date and pick up the following day. Additional hours and days are available, quoted upon request.

Orders less than 7 days in advance, add $15. One day or Same Day orders, add $25

Germantown Shoutouts serves the greater Memphis area and parts of North Mississippi. Locations outside Germantown, Collierville, and East Memphis (west of Poplar / I-240) incur a delivery fee based on your location and distance from our warehouse, quoted upon request.

Payment is due at the time of booking through Venmo to confirm your order and hold your date. Our Venmo account is @Ann-DLF. Cash payment can be arranged at the time of installation before we set up the display.

Please handle with care

We want you to enjoy your Shoutout, but please don't allow children (or adults) to play with, remove, or lean on the display. If any pieces are missing or damaged at pickup, we'll invoice you for the cost of replacement.

✦ Caring for your Shoutout

Mow & water before we arrive

Please mow and treat your lawn a day or two before install. Our displays are made of corrugated plastic built to withstand rain and some wind, but mowers, trimmers, and flying debris are not our friends. For easier installs we ask that you water your yard the night before your install, especially if we have not had rain or it’s in the hottest time of the year.

Weather

We watch the forecast carefully and do our best to secure your Shoutout to withstand normal Memphis storms and rain. If severe weather is on the way, reach out and we'll work with you on timing.

Snap all the photos

We encourage you to pose and take photos with friends and family. We only ask that you don’t remove or erarrange any part of the display. If you post to your socials, we would love to be tagged.

Germantown Shoutouts and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
